When Ainsley turned 8 months something changed, her bladder expanded! Now we were having to change her diaper every four hours at night instead of the usual six hour change and then four hour change. I tried everything except for reverting back to disposables. That is when I heard of Vilate Thacker and her company Nifty Nappy! She had a 2 part solution for cloth diapering and she claimed it worked at night.

I also had heard from another mom who had used the Nifty Nappy woolie combo, Brook Heavey and she highly recommended the solution. Since we were fed up with wet sheets and an unhappy baby we ordered the woolie combo! We love giraffes and so we got the fitted diaper in a cute pink giraffe print and then the wool cover was purple and brown, very cute!

We had to prep the fitted diaper so it’s first night was spent in the washer and dryer but the next night we put Ainsley to sleep finally at 10pm and when she wanted to get out of bed at 10am, she was still dry!

The sheets were still dry!

I was still dry!

You see our daughter sleeps in our bed most nights and I had also had effects of the leaking diapers, mommy would wake up half wet too! My whole side was wet were the diaper and blanket had leaked on me. Needless to say the Nifty Nappy was our new favorite diaper combo. We only had one so I washed the fitted every night and yesterday the woolie wrap started to smell so I followed Vilate’s instructions and it’s drying after being washed and relanolized right now!

Overall, I highly recommend these diapers and wraps for nighttime use and they would be good for day use as well! The are a one size diaper so they are adjustable for 7lbs-35lbs.
